AdBlue® is unforgiving of the wrong materials, and a nozzle that crystallises or corrodes becomes an expensive problem fast. The SB325 is Piusi's patented automatic AdBlue® nozzle, built to ISO/FDIS 22241-4:2009 with a technopolymer casing that shrugs off weather and UV, and a stainless steel spout.
The break-away spout is the feature that pays for itself. If a driver pulls away with the nozzle still in the filler, the spout detaches rather than taking the hose, the reel and possibly the pump with it — and the repair is a new spout, not a new system.
This is the standard non-magnetic version. If you need mis-fill protection — preventing AdBlue® going into a diesel tank — the magnetic spout is a separate part that fits this same nozzle body.
