Everlink Snap Edge is a pre-assembled dispensing package — pump, mounting and plumbing supplied as one part number rather than specified piece by piece. It is the quickest way to get a tank dispensing properly, and it removes the guesswork about whether the components suit each other.
The AdBlue® configuration, built around the Piusi Suzzara Blue — a five-chamber diaphragm pump with no dynamic shaft seal, so there is no wearing seal to start weeping urea. Body, rotor and gears are technopolymer throughout, chosen to meet ISO 22241 so the fluid is not contaminated in transfer.
AdBlue® is unforgiving of the wrong materials. Specifying a package built for it from the outset is considerably cheaper than discovering the problem later.
