nozzle-zva25-140-lpm-fitted-with-1-inch-swivel-retail
Nozzle ZVA25 140 LPM fitted with 1 inch swivel(Retail)

The ZVA 25 is the HiFlo nozzle in the Elaflex range — DN25 (1") and rated to 140 L/min, roughly two and a half times a forecourt nozzle. It is specified where the tanks are large and the operator's time is worth something: trucks, buses, heavy plant and commercial refuelling.

Shut-off is by Elaflex's patented venturi system with a safety cut-out attitude valve: the nozzle closes when the tank fills, and also if the spout is pointed upwards or the nozzle is dropped. The valve opens with the flow for fine control at the end of a fill and closes against it, so there is no hydraulic shock through the hose.

ZVA nozzles are modular by design, which is the whole argument for buying them. Simple repairs can be done on site, and in a workshop the nozzle strips down and rebuilds in minutes. With one or two intermediate repairs a ZVA will regularly reach ten years of service or more — which is why, despite costing more than average up front, they show the lowest total cost of ownership in the category.

Fitted with a 1" swivel. Not suitable for viscous oils or water, which will corrode the internals.

Elaflex ZVA 25 HiFlo automatic nozzle

Flow rate: up to 140 L/min

Connection: DN25 (1"), fitted with 1" swivel

Working pressure: 0.5 - 3.5 bar (to 5 bar with stronger main valve spring)

Patented venturi automatic shut-off with safety cut-out attitude valve

Built-in check valve

Three-speed lever latch with removable latch pin

Swivel hose inlet with pressure flushing

25 mesh inlet screen

Black soft PVC cover

Modular construction — field repairable

Suitable for petrol, diesel, fuel oil, kerosene, Avgas and Jet-A1

Not suitable for viscous oils or water

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0831/0105/7253/files/elaflex-zva-slimline-2-automatic-nozzle-with-swivel-ulp-60lpm-zva2-41-6114152.webp?v=1784762676
